Ahhh! I'm so excited to be sharing my first time trying out Picture Polish 😻 

Ever since finding out that Picture Polish had a plant based formula (Thank you, Kelli Marissa), I've really wanted to try it out for myself. Like nail polish made from corn, sugar cane, potato, and manioc? That sounds sooo cool 🌽 

As someone who purchases more nail polish than I will probably ever use up, it's important for me to consider the environmental impact of my favorite hobby. Some things I like to consider is if a product is vegan, 12 or 6 or 10 free, where products are being shipped from, if I can get multiple brands from one supplier, and what brands offer recycling programs or refillable packaging. However, I always try to find brands that are taking on the responsibility themselves and are trying to be innovative in their packaging and formulas. As a consumer, I can only be conscious of so much while a business has direct control over how much or how little wasteful ingredients go into a product. 

In no way am I saying you need to consider all of these things, but if you've been thinking about the environmental impact of nail polish and art I hope this helps!
