Another 'quarantine class' that focusses on solo-training and how you can improve your Hanbojutsu (stick fighting) from the Kukishin Ryu. In this class we covered:

• Warmup / Kata Te Bofuri
• Kote Gaeshi
• Kote Uchi (x3)
• Waki Uchi (x4)
• Jodan Nagashi
• Chudan Nagashi
• Jodan Uke
• Kata Te Jodan Uke
• Zenpou Kaiten
• Ka Te Uchi / Shoden (solo)
• Tsuki Otoshi / Shoden (solo)
• Uchi Gi / Shoden (solo)

That's a lot! These were all presented for solo training and focussed on the fundamental movement, whereas much of the strategy and dynamics of the techniques must be 'considered' as there is no resistance or timing concerns of an opponent.
