猪前排 1.1公斤
卡真粉 3汤勺(15g)

烧烤酱:
番茄酱 1杯(265g)
苹果酒醋 1/3杯(60ml)
黑红糖 1汤勺 (13g)
鸡高汤 1/2杯(120ml)
红甜椒粉 2茶勺(6g)
蒜粉 1茶勺(1-2g)
洋葱粉 1茶勺(1-2g)
盐&黑胡椒 1/2茶勺(2-3g)
苹果 半个(175g)

1/2 cup chicken broth (120 ml)
2 tsp paprika (6 g)
1 tsp garlic powder (1-2 g)
1 tsp onion powder (1-2 g)
1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper (2-3 g)
