Building a Custom Puma Defender 90 Chassis in 8 Minutes

Dave's Puma 90 came into the shop red, and will be leaving as a beautiful Porsche racing green Defender 90 restoration. This timelapse shows the whole chassis being built up, including:
- axels built up
- brakes built & fitted
- suspension arms, springs & shocks
- Bowler wheels
- axels fitted
- chassis loom routed
- fuel lines fitted
- bulkhead attached
This was all done within a day at the Mahker workshop - we'll have a slightly more in-depth look at the build in a future video!
