During a routine heating inspection, multiple concerns were identified within the system. The blower wheel was heavily clogged with dirt, debris, grease, and grime. Due to the severity of buildup and the inability to safely clean it, a full blower housing and wheel replacement was recommended, as the condition presents a potential fire hazard.

A squealing noise was also detected from the blower motor, indicating signs of impending motor failure. Replacement of the motor was recommended in conjunction with the blower assembly.

Additionally, a loud noise was present at startup from the inducer motor, which is a common sign of wear and an early indicator of failure. Replacement was advised to prevent future no-heat situations.

An oxidized ignitor was also observed. This condition suggests the ignitor is nearing the end of its service life and may fail unexpectedly.

Addressing these issues proactively helps ensure safe operation, reliable heating, and prevents more costly breakdowns.
