Ganga Aarti Rishikesh || Shatrughan Ghat , Ram Jhula.

Hey!
In our 5 days stay at Rishikesh ,Shatrughan ghat really felt like home away from home. The aarti starts everyday at 5:45 pm in the evening and is one of the best aartis in Rishikesh. Everyone on the ghat is so sweet, The Aacharya Manoj Dwivedi Ji and his wife Madhulika aunty treated us like their own daughters and all the pujaaris were so sweet. Golden people !
The Aarti takes place in 5 steps:-
1) Dheep Aarti: offer light to the river
2) Dhoop Aarti: offer fragrance to river
3) Dhuna Aarti: offer flowers to the river
4) Nag Aarti: with shiv tandav prayer
5) Jal Aarti: praying Ganga by offering light
