Tom Osborne has a Ph.D. in history (a specialist in California & Pacific). Tom has authored/co-authored 4 books (including a college-level textbook) & many articles. He has served as visiting assistant professor of history at several universities. Tom is active in various public affairs matters; currently, in environmental issues. He writes an environmental column in Laguna Beach Independent newspaper and is working on his fifth book, a history of environmentalism in California.

Tom co-leads the Laguna Chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby.

Jonathan Light is a retired banker with 37 years of experience. He was a Managing Director and Executive Committee member at BNP Paribas, one of the world’s largest banks. Jon was most recently responsible for the North American funding in the Treasury ALM department. He made sure the bank’s liquidity and interest rate positions were safe, sound, and secure, as well as profitable. Jon is now an environmental advocate and active citizen in Laguna Niguel.

Jon helps co-leads the Laguna Chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby.
