The show garnered the attention and love of fans everywhere when it was released in the 1960s. The cast was comprised of beloved actors such as Bob Denver, Alan Hale Jr., Russell Johnson, Jim Backus, Dawn Wells, Tina Lousie, and Natalie Schafer. Though the show only aired for 3 seasons, it is thought to have changed the history of TV. Never before had the world seen a show quite like Gilligan’s Island.
