Webmin is a great little tool for admin your server from a web interface. And it's really easy to install.

Webmin is a web-based interface for system administration for Unix. Using any modern web browser, you can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS, file sharing and much more. Webmin removes the need to manually edit Unix configuration files like /etc/passwd, and lets you manage a system from the console or remotely.

To download the package (version 1.740 which is current version):
wget http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/we...

Configure:
dpkg --install webmin_1.740_all.deb

It will probably complain about missing dependencies now. And to fix that we will use apt-get to sort it out:
apt-get install -f
