3 Large eggs, room temperature
1 cup (200 g) Granulated sugar
1 cup (220 g) Ricotta Cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup (120 ml) Olive Oil (or vegetable oil)
1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp (2 g) Baking Powder
1/4 tsp (2 g) Salt
1 tbsp (6 g) Lemon Zest
2 tbsp (30 ml) Lemon Juice
