If you can’t see through people,
life will be full of hardships.

First, attitude.
Someone who smiles at the strong but treats the weak poorly
will eventually treat you the same if you’re weaker than them.
Attitude cannot be faked.
In moments of crisis or when mistakes are made,
a person’s true heart is revealed.

Second, tone of voice.
Anyone can choose their words carefully,
but tone is something you cannot hide.
A tone laced with irritation or sarcasm reveals
the landscape of that person’s heart.
Phrases like “Why would you care about that?” or
“Oh, you didn’t know that?”
often carry hidden contempt—sometimes the start of gaslighting.

Third, habits.
Habits tell you about a person’s past 10 years
and the next 10 years of their life.
Someone who often breaks promises, gossips,
and shifts responsibility onto others
will eventually destabilize your own life too.

When you look at people,
observe just these three things: attitude, tone, and habits.
You’ll see their life clearly
and your own life as well.
