At 0:11 Suzanne Pleshette in white raincoat & white GoGo boots walks towards us on E.59th Street. She gets almost to the underpass where the upper level bridge approach ramp (just out of site crosses 59th Street. There (at 0:25) she crosses E59th Street and the auto entrance to the old trolley lane, and walks up the cut stone and steel stairway to the pedestrian walkway across the upper level of the Queensboro (59th Street) Bridge. We cut (0:40) to James Garner coming out of an apartment house on E59th Street. At (0:47 he spots Suzanne walking along the pedestrian walkway towards Queens and the East River he runs West on 59th Street towards the stairway. At (1:01) we cut to Suzanne approaching the southwest stone "gatehouse tower" here the walkway jogs inward. Below Suzanne, the trolley lane cuts through the tower and continues to Queens. At (1:12) just to the right of Suzanne's right shoulder you can see the walkway railing and the trolley lane below. At (1:16) we cut back to James climbing the steel portion of the walkway access stairway and follow him. At (1:25) we cut back to Suzanne crossing the bridge. At (1:29) we follow James around the "gatehouse tower" and onto the main upper walkway. At (1:37) to James Garner's left you can see that the old 2nd Ave. "el" tracks that used to be on the far left of the upper bridge deck are now two additional auto lanes. At (1:46) we get a reverse shot showing James Garner approaching East towards us with Manhattan behind him. At (1:51) we see Suzanne from the side which may be an in studio rear-projection shot. At (1:55) we cut to a POV shot looking down at the Welfare Island East River shoreline. At (1:57) we cut back to a closer shot of Suzanne looking downward.
