Came all crumbled up and bugs! Quality going down every year.
Been buying this for years, and the quality is consistently going down. Mealworm to pellet ratio went down. Getting more and more crumbles, even when freshly opened. This last bag even had spiderwebs, small black bugs and squirming larvae inside. Lost me as a loyal customer.

Update: Exotic Nutrition sent me a replacement bag, along with a line-by-line response on corrective actions they took on their end, and recommendations on how to keep the food fresh on my end. (Refrigerate!) Impressed with the response and customer service attitude, and can tell the quality is indeed back to where it was. No more crumbles out of the bag!
