Workers who are training and licensing foster parents have a lot going on - and this carries into foster parenting as well once you are licensed!

Their work loads are tremendous, the policies and procedures keep changing, there's internal red tape, etc. Behind the scenes is not easy, and often this causes some hiccups during licensing.

In this video I'm sharing some things that may come up and some ways to avoid it or work through it. There's a lot we can do as foster parents to support workers and keep the licensing process moving forward.
