This is how I got the Achievement/Trophy of never using the item box. This was done on Steam/PC playing Leon A Standard. This is a 2 part video this is part 1 of 2. I did not use the Magnum or Flamethrower due to the space you would need to finish the game and use every item you get to be able to discard it.
