24/7 is one of the most popular virtual assistant companies out there, and for good reason. I was happy with my trial of their service, and feel like they delivered good value for the price.

One thing that was cool was their team-based approach -- I had them tackle a few different tasks requiring different skills (some research, some design, some programming), and I believe each was divvied out to someone best-suited for that kind of work. Sometimes it was hard to tell what was going on behind the scenes as I just had one or two main contacts throughout my trial.

An opportunity for improvement would be some sort of web-based dashboard where clients could see how many hours they've used for the month, and how much time they have left. I don't want to leave hours on the table!
