2 Star Anis (Badyan ka Phool)
2 Tbsp Oil (Tail)
4 Tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (Adrak Lehsan)

For Pulao
3.5 Cup Of Rice (Sella or Basmati)
3 Tbsp Oil (Tail)
1 Tsp Shahi Zeera (Kala Zeera)
4 Bay Leaves (Tez Pata)
half Cup of Mint (Podina)
Green Chillies as Needed (Harri Mirch)
1 Tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (Adrak lehsan)
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1 Tsp Garam Masala
