Rental income tax-the taxation of rental income in Ireland essentials

In this video I look at rental income tax and the taxation of rental income in Ireland. In calculating your buy to let rental income you are allowed certain write offs in calculating the net rental income.

You can carry forward rental losses to later years and the video looks at how to declare your rental income to the Revenue Commissioners, capital allowances, and the rate of tax you may be asked to pay.
