29 October 2016 was the End of Season event at Charles Burrell Museum in Thetford, Norfolk. This year was their 25th anniversary of being open as a museum.
Full size and model steam engines fired up in the car park along with model fairground and trains indoors. I even got to be a passenger on a model engine and ride through Thetford town back to the museum. What a great day and plenty of visitors to the museum.
The museum opens again in Easter 2017, they close over the winter month so volunteers can carry out work on the museum and engines.
