I have lived with several life-altering chronic health problems for many years. Each year, I have had to adapt to new circumstances to maintain my quality of life and keep my small business running as long as possible.
This year, I am being more open about my health and how I manage it, hoping that others will find helpful strategies to manage their illnesses.
We all know that knitting, crochet, and crafting, in general, are beneficial for health. I've been working with more and more people who are facing similar issues.
I also find planning and bullet journaling to be lifesavers. My lifestyle videos include my planners, shortcuts, gadgets, and anything else that might help you.
