Demonstration should be ours wearing gloves

Feel ur face using ur fingers and check for any lumps.
Then check for lumps on your neck as well.

Check if there are any red or white patches along both sides of your cheeks and gums.

Then tilt your head back and check the roof of your mouth.
Stick out ur tongue and check the top and bottom. Check ur lips as well.

Also, take note of any lumps or ulcers that have lasted longer than 3 weeks.

Especially people who consume products like oral Tobacco, cigarette, and alcohol should check this as it could be a sign of oral cancer.
