How to Make a Quick Caramel Biscuit Dessert Recipe I Eid Special Dessert

QUICK BISCUIT DESSERT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS Biscuits – 300g
Puck Cream – 320g
Chocolates -150g
Caramel Powder – 1 Sachet
Cheese Cubes -6
Condensed Milk – 1 Sachet
Fresh Milk - 2 Cups

Preparation Method:-

Step 1-Take a Glass baking dish , lay all the 300g of Biscuits in the bottom of dish as first layer. Pour 1 Cup of Fresh Milk on top of Biscuits to Soak them.

Step 2-Caramel Mixture-Take a big bowl , add 160g(1 can) of Puck Cream & 1 Cup of Fresh Milk in it , add 1 sachet of Caramel Powder & 1 sachet of Dream Whip , add 6 cubes of Cheese Cubes & ½ cup of Condensed Milk ( you can add as per your taste by reducing or adding more in it ), Whisk all with a machine mixer till the mixture is thickened and then pour it on top of Biscuits as a Second Layer. keep it in Refrigerator for 2 hours to get firm.

Step 3-Chocolate Mixture Making – Take 150g of Chocolate bars , Heat the Chocolate bar for melting in Oven , when soft take it out add 160g of Puck Cream & then whisk it till a smooth texture .

Step 4-Pour the Chocolate Mixture on top of Caramel Mixture and spread it, decorate the dessert with Crushed Biscuits , Pistachio Chocolate & Caramel Syrup

Serving:-

Serve it Cold & Firm
