The 200 rep kettlebell snatch test, also know as the Secret Service Snatch Test, is a test of mental toughness and work capacity. Very few are able to complete the 5 minute snatch test, let along the 10 minute, 200 rep snatch test.

The objective: 200 reps in 10 minutes or less with 24kg (men); 16kg (women).
