It feels like in the last few years, customer service in all industries has been going down the drain. In America, consumer culture had been built on the idea that "the customer is always right." However, it feels now that things are changing.

I am also noticing these changes in the motorcycle industry, both in dealerships and stores. In the last few weeks, I have had several poor customer service experiences that I wanted to share. One was at a motorcycle dealership while looking for a Ducati Streetfighter V4S. The other was @dainese while buying motorcycle gear.

I would love to hear from viewers in the comments if you have been having similar experiences lately. I am also curious if this trend is noticeable in other countries.
