Don't Be Fooled: This Is NOT a Pipe Cutter, It Strips SWA Cable

The dual-action SACS cable tool scores the armour of SWA cables and removes the outer sheath in one tool. With an increasing number of construction sites banning the use of knives, electricians need a reliable way to strip steel-wired armoured cables, and we think we've found it.

The SACS tool or Steel Armoured Cable Stripper works like a pipe cutter to score the strands of the steel armour. Then you can turn the tool ninety degrees to split the outer cable sheath.

We were surprised at how well it works even on smaller-diameter SWA cables. An alternative to the CK Armour Slice.
