Welcome to our hiking journey around the island of Corsica. We came to this beautiful island because it's one of the wildest places in Europe and it's full of remote and challenging hiking trails. We'll be documenting our journey and publishing vlogs as we go. Come with us as we hike on the GR 20, the Mare e Monte, the Mare e Mare, and other lesser known trails. Along the way we'll be stopping to sample the local culture, cuisine, and wine. We're in no rush, so we'll be soaking up the sun on the gorgeous beaches and bouldering the rocks whenever we can.

Many people in North America don't know much about Corsica, but they should because it's awesome. Corsica is the birthplace of Napoleon, and known as The Island of Beauty. After spending a few days here, or watching a couple of our vlogs you will understand why it gets this name. Corsica is vastly different from the other island in the Mediterranean, it is basically a mountain range in the sea, with a rugged coastline and beautiful beaches. The island has been continually inhabited since the Mesolithic era (11 660 BP). These early settlers had a hand in creating the trails that we follow on our journey.
