Open fire cooking has been around forever, in every country in the world, and as and for some cultures says it's "a way of life.”

It’s a great way to grill favorites like steaks, fajitas, vegetables, whole animals…and just recently I was at an open fire event where my friend BigJav cooked an entire steer weighing over 500 lbs! And it was all done over an open fire built on the ground.

Recently here in the United States open fire cooking has started to explode. In this video I want to share with you the open fire grills I have and use regularly and share some tips to help you determine if you want to own one yourself and jump into this way of cooking!
