Arizona Car Week marks the official start of the global collector car season, and RM Sotheby’s return to the Arizona Biltmore once again delivered one of the most important auctions of the year. I watched this auction LIVE on 23rd January 2026, and in this video I break down my personal picks from the sale — not every car that crossed the block, but the standout results that really tell us where the collector car market is heading.
This RM Sotheby’s Arizona auction was packed with blue-chip classics, modern supercars, and top-tier hypercars, ranging from sub-£100k modern classics all the way up to a £6.8 million Ferrari Enzo. Prices quoted in this video are shown in USD and converted to GBP using a fixed exchange rate of $1 = £0.73. All prices include auction fees unless clearly stated as HAMMER PRICE, which means before fees.
The auction highlights featured an incredible spread of cars including a manual Porsche 996 Turbo, Ferrari Testarossa Monospecchio, Ferrari 328 GTB, Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary, BMW M1 with rock-and-roll provenance, Porsche 997 Sport Classic, Lamborghini Countach LP400 Periscopio, Aston Martin Vulcan, Singer-reimagined Porsche 911, McLaren Senna GTR, Porsche 964 Turbo S Lightweight, Porsche 959 Komfort upgraded by Canepa, Ferrari F40, Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari LaFerrari, Ferrari F50, and finally the headline-grabbing Ferrari Enzo.
One of the most exciting moments for many enthusiasts was seeing the Porsche 959 roll across the block — a car you simply don’t see very often — especially in upgraded Canepa Phase II specification. The Ferrari “Big Six” also dominated attention, with strong results for the F40, F50, Enzo, and LaFerrari, confirming continued demand for analogue and early-modern hypercars with strong provenance, low mileage, and major servicing completed.
This video focuses on the must-know details that actually matter to collectors and enthusiasts: mileage, rarity, specification, ownership history, servicing, and why certain cars achieved the prices they did. Whether you’re interested in auction results, prices realised, investment trends, or simply love iconic supercars and classics, this is a deep but engaging breakdown of one of the most important automotive auctions of 2026.
