How to Correct

One of my viewers cannot figure out why he is receiving the #N/A Error Message for his VLOOKUP() Function results. He is an experienced Excel user and has set up the VLOOKUP Function correctly.

Why the #N/A error messages?

As I suspected, the "table Array" - which is the information that was downloaded from his company's Main Frame Computer has set each Data Field as Fixed Width.

During this tutorial, I use the LEN() and the TRIM() Functions to diagnose and then correct the problem.
