I'm preparing for the tempest rush version currently, but I felt that the aughild variant had a few more tiers in it still (142 would definitely be possible), so I figured I'd make one more vid with it. One of my cleanest runs so far.

Tips/rotation for the build:


Try to keep up the damage reduction from the Endless Walk set between rotations! It's quite important here, as you lack many defensive items which would allow you to just sit idly.

Two seconds into your physical cycle, stop moving around and drop your Inner Sanctuary. Keep up the damage reduction from Crystal Fist as much as you can, but also try to save one dashing strike charge for your upcoming nuke (Radiance rune).
At the end of your cold cycle, press Serenity and check your character sheet to see if you have a Flying Dragon proc up (it can also be heard sometimes, if you play with sound). If yes, then you can immediately use Dashing Strike, Cyclone Strike and Mystic Ally (allies need around 1 sec to explode, so they will do so right at the start of fire cycle). If you don't have a proc, continue attacking with your generator for one or two more seconds and then press your nuke abilities (two seconds into fire is the latest where you have to press it no matter what).
I found it helpful to spam Cyclone Strike while your allies are exploding, since they generally explode one after the other and as mobs die in the inner circle, new mobs can be dragged into the continuous explosions, giving you a bit of extra damage.
If you feel that your allies aren't exploding immediately, try moving a bit! I found that it sometimes "unstucks" them. Losing a bit of dmg from Endless Walk is nothing compared to half of your allies not exploding.
Also, try to focus attacking elites with your generator even if there is a blob of monsters, getting up your Bartuc's and Striken stacks on them will help out a lot during your nuke.
