For their fight against breast cancer

Each year in Belgium, about 9,400 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. Relatives of-ten feel helpless when confronted with the terrible disease that affects their wife, girlfriend, grandmother, mother, daughter, sister, friend. Seeing loved ones suffering is morally very challenging. Any kind of gesture, even modest, is the first step one can take to support and assist a person who goes through this difficult stage of life. Everyone can help! It is just a matter of will. This is why Rafael decided to found the association Bikers For Life in 2012. On behalf of the association he raises funds organizing and also taking part to several spe-cific mountain biking challenges to support women and men with breast cancer. All the money gathered by Bikers For Life is integrally donated to Think Pink Belgium, the most active and therefore famous association fighting breast cancer, also responsible for manag-ing the further smart use of the funds they receive. Since 2012, the Bikers for Life have col-lected more than 45,000 Euros.
