Webinar Abstract: Here we present a case study on the combined use of cannabis, psilocybin, and conventional oncology treatments which induced remission in a stage IV metastatic breast cancer patient. A 49-year-old woman was diagnosed with ER+, PR-, HER2+, BRCA- invasive ductal carcinoma which progressed to metastatic disease including bone, liver, and lymph node involvement. In addition to conventional oncology treatments, she began cannabis and psilocybin treatment protocols.
