When Should You Inform

Family members can be added to the application at any time during the process, including after the visa is issued, but prior to obtaining permanent resident status. Applicants are instructed to inform IRCC immediately if their family composition has changed (e.g., the birth of a child, marriage, divorce).

If you get married after submission of your PR application and inform IRCC to add your spouse, this does not impact your CRS scores and your scores will not be recalculated.
Your spouse DOES NOT NEED IELTS or ECA for their education
