In this video i unbox Golden Age All Star Comics #35 CGC 7.0 with Off White to White Pages. It’s the June-July 1947 issue written by John Broome with a classic cover by Irwin Hasen. This book is significant for being the first appearance of Per Degaton, one of the JSA’s major rogues, who was a founding member of the Injustice Society just two issues later. It’s also the first work of writer John Broome on the JSA.

There are 58 Universal copies of All Star Comics #35 in the CGC Census, with a median grade of 6.5. So this copy, at 7.0, sits at the 43rd percentile. It’s very difficult to place a true fair market value on these comics because they trade hands rather infrequently. Go Collect notes only two CGC-graded sales of All Star Comics #35 in the past 12 months.
