In the shadowy waters off the coast of Tudor, a high-stakes target awaits. Our focus narrows on a sleek Marquis gliding silently through the waves, with its occupants shrouded in mystery. Among them is a driver, unarmed and unaware, accompanied by two vigilant figures wielding powerful combat snipers, a watchful eye ever ready. Once the target is neutralized, the journey into darkness takes a turn—Niko Bellic, the seasoned operative, will reach out to his elusive contact known as The Fixer. With the target eliminated, Niko will find his wanted level washed away like footprints in the sand. To accept these perilous tasks, Niko can be found at a payphone nestled at the intersection of Odhner Avenue and Traeger Road, on the rugged western edge of Port Tudor. Here, he initiates a brief but crucial cutscene where The Fixer lays out the details of his next mission. After completing his first assignment for Phil Bell, Niko receives a call from his ally, informing him of additional opportunities for profit. The Fixer has a roster of targets, and it’s up to Niko to do his bidding. To embark on these missions, Niko must find the designated payphone marked with a telltale crosshair icon, stepping forward to connect with The Fixer. For each new task, the player will receive precise intel about the target’s location, along with body armor and a specialized weapon tucked away in a hidden compartment behind the payphone, ensuring Niko is well-equipped for the challenges ahead.
