In today's episode, we're excited to showcase Remington Lyman and his remarkable journey in the world of real estate. Remington shares his journey from childhood to becoming a successful real estate entrepreneur. Remington's parents met shooting competitively in Alaska, and after college, they moved back to Connecticut to continue their family business of owning a shooting range and gun store. Remington grew up shooting competitively and was successful enough to receive a scholarship to The Ohio State University.

After college, Remington got a corporate job at JP Morgan but was dissatisfied with it. He then bought a duplex with his college roommate, rented out one side, and lived rent-free on the other. After seeing the power of real estate investing, Remington bought four-unit building, fixed it up, and started cash flowing about $1000 a month. Remington's interest in real estate investing really took off and he started cold calling for off-market deals.

Eventually getting laid off from JP Morgan, Remington got his real estate sales license, started his brokerage, and now has 27 licensed agents. Remington's story is one of perseverance, hard work, and passion for creating passive income.
