This training video is part of the Amended BharatNet Program (ABP) capacity-building initiative for the Independent Engineer (IE) Field Team. The session provides practical guidance on on-ground activities to be carried out by IE personnel, in line with BSNL and USOF requirements.

The video modules focuses on standard procedures, roles and responsibilities, field validations, quality checks, documentation, and coordination mechanisms required during survey, construction, acceptance testing, and O&M phases. Emphasis is placed on compliance with approved designs, technical standards, safety norms, and accurate reporting through designated digital tools.

These training modules are intended to ensure uniform understanding, consistency in field execution, and effective monitoring across all project locations under the Amended BharatNet Program.

यह प्रशिक्षण वीडियो संशोधित भारतनेट कार्यक्रम (एबीपी) के तहत स्वतंत्र इंजीनियर (आईई) फील्ड टीम के लिए क्षमता निर्माण पहल का हिस्सा है। यह सत्र बीएसएनएल और यूएसओएफ की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप, आईई कर्मियों द्वारा किए जाने वाले जमीनी कार्यों पर व्यावहारिक मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करता है।

वीडियो में सर्वेक्षण, निर्माण, स्वीकृति परीक्षण और संचालन एवं रखरखाव चरणों के दौरान आवश्यक मानक प्रक्रियाओं, भूमिकाओं और जिम्मेदारियों, फील्ड सत्यापन, गुणवत्ता जांच, प्रलेखन और समन्वय तंत्र पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है। अनुमोदित डिजाइनों, तकनीकी मानकों, सुरक्षा मानदंडों के अनुपालन और निर्दिष्ट डिजिटल उपकरणों के माध्यम से सटीक रिपोर्टिंग पर विशेष बल दिया गया है।

इन प्रशिक्षण मॉड्यूल का उद्देश्य संशोधित भारतनेट कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत सभी परियोजना स्थलों पर एकसमान समझ, फील्ड निष्पादन में निरंतरता और प्रभावी निगरानी सुनिश्चित करना है।
