This video demonstrates the Store for Subsequent Entry aka "Early Archiving" archiving scenario that is available in all SAP systems. Early Archiving uses standard SAP Workflow and ArchiveLink to process any document. In our demo Vendor Invoices will be used. Invoice are first Scanned and Stored in a Content Repository and a workitem with a link to the image is routed via workflow to a user or group of users to process. When the workitem is executed the image is displayed and the configured data entry T-Code in SAP is launched. The user then keys the data from the Images into SAP and Saves the Transaction. Once saved the image is linked to the newly created Business transaction and the workflow is terminated.
