Turning GARDEN Fresh Tomatoes into PIZZA Sauce!

Rachel is really busy with her "day job" today, so Todd will try to translate her recipe book here for you guys 🙄 This is the base from her book, I'm pretty sure she doubled it in the video:

15# Tomatoes
6 tbsp Olive Oil
3 C chopped onions
4 gloves garlic minced
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
4 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp sea salt
Lemon Juice per pint jar for water bath canning.
3 cans tomato paste, as needed to thicken

(Todd's Taste Test - we added a lot of garlic powder, like 1/4 of a cup, and an additional 1/3 of a cup of white sugar. You tweak it yourself at this stage, add what you like ♥)
