YOGA FLOW FOR TRAVEL  / / 20 Minute Vinyasa Flow. This is the yoga flow I was drawn to while traveling in Greece this past Fall. I practiced a version of this whenever I got the chance to roll out my mat. It's a feel good flow with a little bit of grounding, strength and a lot of stretch. You can use this vinyasa flow while you're traveling or if you've been sitting all day at work to loosen up your body and get centered!

Hop on your mat your mat with some comfy clothes and an open heart.
