1. Open CSGO
2. Enable console
from CSGO game

3. Open console
Use key ~
the key on right up from your keyboard

4. Write
bind mwheelup "toggle cl_righthand 0 1"

5. Click on Submit or use Enter

6. Notes:
mwheelup: change hand with mouse wheel
mwheelup: change it with any key you want

7. For example for key Z
bind Z "toggle cl_righthand 0 1"

8. Use your bind key to toggle between hands
ENJOY!
If you don't like it:

9. Unbind the key (if you don't like it)
unbind mwheelup "toggle cl_righthand 0 1"

10. Click on Submit or use Enter
