You can stretch with the aid of another person or by yourself.
Here are basic legs stretching exercises you can do with someone. It is important to stretch your lower limbs, ankles, and toes at least twice a day. It helps with blood circulation, edema, spasms, and swelling of the feet. Try to do 5 to 10 reps of each stretch.

FR: Exercices simples d'étirement des jambes pour paraplégique avec assistance. Il est important de s'étirer les membres inférieurs, chevilles, et orteils au moins deux fois par jour. Cela aide beaucoup pour la circulation sanguine, œdème, spasmes et gonflement des jambes. Essayez de faire 5 à 10 répétition de chaque mouvement.
