NEW Paul Rubens GUCAI Watercolor Paints Review

I recently purchased a set of the new Paul Rubens Gucai Pearlescent watercolor paints. I was excited to see them on both white and black paper, and to compare them to one of my favorite watercolor paints–the Paul Rubens Glitter Metallic watercolor paints. The Gucai paints have a different formula, so let’s see how they perform and if I will have a new favorite in the end!
