21 years after the Godzilla of Millennium Universe 3 got defeated, Godzilla is back, and has regenerated his body and skeleton (because he's a ghost.) Suddenly, this Godzilla is transported to the Showa Universe, and goes on a rampage. Anguirus senses another being of a different universe, so Anguirus decided to investigate. Meanwhile, Godzilla is destroying Tokyo, when Baragon arrives to battle Godzilla. Soon, Anguirus and Varan arrive to find that this Godzilla is evil. The 3 Monsters take battle against this Godzilla, and end up losing.
