Ladder Company 4 (spare) responds without lights (but with siren) and Tower Ladder 21 is seen responding up 8th Avenue. Truck 21 is a 2010 Seagrave Marauder II/Aerialscope 75-foot Tower Ladder. Engine Company 65's response is downgraded as it approaches the scene.
