1 Baked Deep Dish Pie Shell (baked according to package directions)
1 5 oz Box of Cook & Serve Chocolate Jello Pudding
1 & 2/3 Cup of Milk (Do not use skim or 1% milk)
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar
1 oz of Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate (4 squares)
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

Bake pie shell according to package directions. For chocolate filling mix together milk, heavy cream, pudding, sugar and chocolate in medium size sauce pan. Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring constantly. Once mixture has come to a boil, cook for one minute making sure the sugar is completely dissolved and the chocolate has melted. Pour mixture into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours. The pie will thicken as it cools.

Before serving, removed plastic wrap and top pie with Cool Whip. Garnish with chocolate swirls.
