3g Salt
86g Water
8g Milk powder
32g Sugar
40g Egg
30g Butter
60g Raisin

Preparation
1, All purpose flour,yeat,sugar,salt,milk powder,water,egg mix well.
2, Kneading around 10 mins.
3, Add butter
4, Kneading around 5 mins.
5, Add raisin.
6, Proofing dough till size is double. Might be 60-90 mins.
7, Divide 12 pcs
8, Rest dough 15 mins
9, Shaping stick and twisted.
10, Proofing dough till size is double. Might be 60-90 mins.
11, Brush with egg.
12, Topping almond and pearl sugar.
13, Baking 220℃ 8-10 mins.
14, Well done!!
