ford focus 1.0 ecoboost (REVIEW: BG44K PLATINUM Fuel System Cleaner…Does it work & is it worth it?)

Having recently done a few videos about performance parts I’ve installed on my car, I thought I’d review BG44K Platinum fuel system cleaner. It’s got plenty of good reviews on eBay and Amazon and I wanted to see if it really works and would I get a better average MPG and maybe some restored lost power due to carbon build up?

BG state that “BG 44K Platimum cleans fuel injectors, valves, o2 sensors and the combustion chamber. It will also have a cleaning effect on the catalytic converter. BG 44K contains a very high level of PEA (Polyether Amine), an expensive chemical that is recognised by all engine manufacturers including Ford, Toyota, BMW, General Motors, Honda and others as being the effective treatment for removing hard baked carbon deposits. Carbon deposits can lead to injectors problems, misfiring, poor running, erratic idling and other factors that lead to loss of power and less MPG.
What BG 44K actually does is restore the performance of your engine back to when it was new. Lost performance and degraded fuel economy will be restored and your vehicle will perform as it did when it left the factory.”
