3. Improve breathing & airflow
Soft-Cervical collars can reduce 'chin-tucking'. There are lots available, and you can buy them at most chemists. Just don't wear them too tight.

These days, everything you eat & drink will impact your breathing. Go and test it for yourself. Grab a meal at Maccas and monitor your breathing 30-60 minutes later. You will notice it's much harder to breathe, and you will start clearing your throat. Fasting for 3 hours before bed is tough, but it's so good. Try it one night, and you will never look back.

I love a warm sinus rinse. It just flushes out any dust, mucus, or crap in my nose and combined with a hot shower, it's a great way to start the night.

Cold air also restricts breathing and causes congestion, so warm the room.
