If your organization is active in surf parks and you meet the award criteria, we encourage you to apply. Attendance at Surf Park Summit is not required. You may nominate yourself or any other company or individual you feel best meets the award criteria described.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
AUGUST 1, 2023

HOW TO SUBMIT:
Complete the application by clicking the link above, then submit application information via file upload - Include a word document with up to 750 words describing your submission and how it qualifies for the award category, and any supportive materials (pdf's, video, photos) to accompany the submission - max 5 files.

GUIDELINES:
Each organization may submit up to one submission per category. For applications to more than one category, submit separately. In your written submission be sure to include as many facts and information as needed to support your application - such as: Showcase why your submission aligns to the award category. Highlight innovative advancements and how you or your company has demonstrated leadership within the industry in your chosen category. Describe how your company will continue to move your work forward in the future?

PHOTO & VIDEO:
Photos and videos are optional, but are strongly encouraged to help enhance your submission. If submitting video, use 4k or 1080P.
